The Role:
We are a small office looking for a courteous and friendly person that is an experienced multi-skilled administration officer with strong computer skills.
As the first point of contact for the Dennis Partners engineering team, you will act as receptionist as well as conduct the office functions including raising jobs, client contact, payroll, ordering supplies, invoicing, and project management.
Who are you?
The successful candidate must have a current drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.
Salary and Conditions
The position commences at 4 days per week, up to 5 days at a later date. Actual Days of work to be negotiated.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Above Award Salary (plus Superannuation) will be paid, based on experience.
